Overview
Hope and Clay undertook the design and construction of their own new offices and yard facilities at Easter Park, demonstrating expertise not only in civil works but also in building construction and fit-out.
Project Scope
The scope of this self-led project included the following key elements:
Office and Workshop Facilities: Construction of 700 sqm of modern office accommodation, paired with 1027 sqm of storage and workshop space for construction equipment.
Parking and Landscaping: Development of parking facilities and carefully designed landscaping to enhance the site’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
BREEAM Excellence: The scheme achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, underscoring a commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Hope and Clay served as Principal Contractor, ensuring that all standards were met or exceeded.
