Alison Road Infrastructure Development
We were entrusted by Grainger PLC to undertake the significant infrastructure development at Alison Road, Aldershot. This project involved creating a new road, intersection, and roundabout, while maintaining essential access and minimal disruption to the local community.
Hounsome Fields Roundabout and Infrastructure Development
Hope and Clay successfully delivered the largest non-motorway roundabout in Hampshire as part of the Hounsome Fields development. This project also included a section of critical on-site infrastructure works, executed with careful planning and expertise.
Mercedes Benz F1 Overflow Car Park Development

Crossfields School Infrastructure and Parking Expansion

Package 5, North Whiteley Infrastructure Development
Hope and Clay were appointed as the Main Contractor for the North Whiteley Infrastructure Development. This project involved the construction of key infrastructure elements, including new S38 roads, a 50-metre twin-span bridge, road culverts, and a new sub-station built to SSE specifications. The works provided critical connectivity and utility services for the development.
Thatcham Flood Alleviation Scheme
Hope and Clay undertook critical flood alleviation schemes across three separate sites in Thatcham. These works were part of a broader initiative to implement sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS) to effectively manage rainwater and mitigate flooding risks in the area.
Easter Park Office and Yard Development

Ipley Cross Junction Improvement Works
As part of the Gen 4.1 framework, Hope and Clay carried out junction improvement works at Ipley Cross in the New Forest. This project was designed to enhance road safety while preserving the sensitive habitat of the area.
Harrods Distribution Centre Road Reconfiguration

Drainage Diversion, Slough Trading Estate

Highway Works and Footpath Development, Wellington College
Hope and Clay undertook the comprehensive reconfiguration and upgrading of highway and footpath systems at Wellington College. This project aimed to improve vehicle and pedestrian access, enhance safety, and prepare construction access routes for a proposed Performing Arts building.
Hatch Farm Infrastructure Development
