Infrastructure: Full construction of new road layouts to improve access and traffic flow within the distribution centre premises. This also included excavation, kerbing, drainage, fencing, and installation of utilities to support the expanded facilities.
Car Park Extension: Expansion of the existing car park with the inclusion of new electric vehicle (EV) charging points to meet modern sustainability demands.
Street Lighting: Design and implementation of a private lighting scheme, including associated electrical works, to integrate seamlessly with the new road and footpath layouts.
