Hope and Clay provided the groundwork and infrastructure services for the construction of a new residential care home in Eastleigh. Our contributions supported the successful delivery of this essential facility.
Project Scope
The scope of works included the following key elements:
Substructure: Construction of building foundations, installation of a high-quality concrete floor slab, and completion of brickwork up to damp-proof course (DPC) level to ensure a stable base, reliable surface, and resilience against moisture ingress.
Landscaping: Implementation of both hard and soft landscaping to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the site.
Access Roads and Drainage: Construction of access roadworks and comprehensive drainage systems to support the facility’s operations and connectivity.
Utility Works: Installation of essential utilities to service the care home and ensure readiness for its operational needs.
