Overview
Hope and Clay were appointed as the Principal Contractor for the S38 and S278 infrastructure works at Keephatch Gardens, a Bellway Homes development comprising 300 new homes. The project included extensive infrastructure upgrades to support the new residential community.
Project Scope
The detailed scope of works included:
S278 Signalised Junction: Construction of a new signalised junction to integrate the development with the surrounding road network.
Site Infrastructure: Comprehensive cut and fill excavation, installation of drainage systems, kerbing, road surfacing, and footpath construction to prepare the site for development.
Foul Sewer Pumping Station: Installation of a new foul sewer pumping station to service the development's drainage needs.
Street Lighting and Signage: Installation of modern street lighting and signage to enhance safety and usability throughout the development.
New Utilities: Installation of new utilities to support the residential and community facilities.
New Roundabout: Construction of a new roundabout to improve traffic flow and accessibility within and around the site.
